Violet Flame Therapy
Violet Flame Therapy
What is Violet Flame therapy?
Violet Flame therapy is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy associated with the spiritual tradition of the Violet Flame and the ascended master Saint Germain. The Violet Flame is traditionally described as a transformative spiritual energy associated with cleansing, transmutation, compassion and personal transformation.
During a Violet Flame therapy session, this energy is used as a focus for relaxation, reflection and energetic transformation. It can provide a space to let go of what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself and explore what you may want to change or move towards in your life.
Violet Flame therapy can be experienced on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels and is particularly suited to those who are looking for a more active or motivational approach to their personal wellbeing and spiritual development.
What happens during Violet Flame therapy?
Before your therapy begins, you will have a short consultation so we can discuss how you are feeling and anything you would particularly like to focus on during your session.
You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment. If preferred or necessary, the therapy can also be carried out while you are seated.
During the session, I will connect with the Violet Flame energy and work within your auric field using a range of Violet Flame techniques. You may experience gentle hands-on work, hands-off techniques or simply relaxation while the therapy takes place around you.
The intention is to create a calm and supportive space where you can pause, reflect and focus on releasing old patterns, emotions or energetic experiences that you feel ready to move beyond.
After your session, you will be offered some water and have time to talk through anything you experienced, noticed or reflected on during the therapy.
