What is Reiki therapy?
Reiki therapy is a gentle and non-invasive practice that originated in Japan with Mikao Usui. It is designed to harmonize energy flow, clear blockages, and stimulate the body's self-healing mechanisms. Reiki works on multiple levels - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - to promote overall wellness.
What happens during Reiki therapy?
Before the treatment begins, you will have a short consultation. If needed, therapies can also be done while you are seated. You will be fully clothed throughout the session. The practitioner will tap into reiki energy and place their hands on your shoulders to connect with your energy. They will move around you, working within your auric field and using advanced healing techniques as necessary. After the session, you will be offered some water to drink and have the opportunity to discuss any insights.
Reiki Packages

Reiki for 2
Appointments for 2 people are available in the studio.
The cost is £60 for 1 hour or if you'd like 1 1/2 hours including a cup or tea or coffee it's £70.
Reiki 1:1
1 hour appointments are available for individuals in the studio.
The cost is £45 or if you'd like to combine this with crystal therapy it is £55.
Reiki Taster 30 mins
Shorter 30 minute appointments are available for individuals in the studio.
The cost is £25.

3 1-hour reiki sessions per month for 3 months.
A free 1-hour crystal therapy session at the end of the 3 months.
The full cost is £270 or you can choose to pay £90 on the same date each month.
This is a saving of £180 as it would cost £450 to book these appointments individually.
At the end of 3-months you can choose to continue on a rolling monthly program, switch to a different package or book appointments as you go.
