Hi, I'm Caroline
If you'd told me thirty years ago that I'd one day leave a successful teaching career to become a Reiki and Crystal Master Teacher, I wouldn't have believed you.
For 28 years, I worked as a Primary School Teacher, supporting children to learn, grow and believe in themselves.
Today, I still do exactly that, just in a different way.
Now, I help adults slow down, reconnect with themselves and discover their own potential through holistic therapies, Reiki training and Crystal Healing education.
My Journey
Several years ago, my own life took an unexpected turn when I experienced M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis).
Like many people living with long-term illness, I found myself searching for ways to support my wellbeing alongside conventional medical care.
That search led me to Reiki.
As I began experiencing Reiki, I noticed changes that encouraged me to explore the practice further. I went on to train as a practitioner, eventually becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in 2018.
Later, my passion for crystals led me to qualify as a Crystal Master Teacher in 2022.
Those experiences didn't simply change my career, they changed the direction of my life.
Why I Do What I Do?
I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed.
I know what it's like to question what's next.
And I know how powerful it can be to have someone who creates a calm, supportive space where you can simply be yourself.
Whether someone comes to me for a therapy session, a Reiki course or a Crystal Healing workshop, my aim is always the same:
To help them leave feeling calmer, more confident and better equipped for whatever comes next.
What I Offer
At Transformational Holistics, I provide:
Reiki
Therapy
Gentle energy healing to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Reiki helps us to slow down and get to know the parts of us we are overlooking
Crystal Therapy
Personalised sessions incorporating carefully selected crystals to support your individual goals.
Violet Flame Therapy
A gentle energy therapy associated with Saint Germain that focuses on personal transformation and spiritual growth.
Reiki Training
Teaching Usui Reiki from Level 1 through to Master Teacher in small groups of no more than two students.
Crystal Healing Training
A structured pathway from Level 1 to Master Teacher, combining practical experience with in-depth knowledge.
Workshops & Community
Monthly crystal workshops and Reiki Share. Ongoing student support via email and online groups. My Spiritual and Holistic Fayre, Magekal Mystekal Market offers a great day out.
My Teaching Philosophy
One thing has never changed.
Whether I was teaching children in a classroom or adults in my therapy room, I believe learning should feel encouraging, supportive and enjoyable.
There are no silly questions.
No pressure.
No expectations that you already know the answers.
Just a warm welcome, practical guidance and plenty of opportunities to learn at your own pace.
My Healing Space
My purpose-built therapy room in East Kilbride has been designed as a peaceful retreat from everyday life.
Surrounded by crystals, comfortable seating and views of the garden, it's a place where you can relax, recharge and focus entirely on yourself.
Whether you're visiting for a therapy appointment or attending a training course, my hope is that you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Beyond Transformational Holistics
When I'm not teaching or working with clients, you'll usually find me exploring Scotland with my husband Paul, cold water dipping with friends, going to concerts with my kids, reading, adding another crystal to my collection or continuing my own learning through courses, workshops and spiritual development.
I firmly believe that great teachers never stop being students.
