As a Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Master Teacher, I tailor every therapy session to your individual needs. Drawing on a range of advanced Reiki techniques, carefully selected crystals and subtle energy practices, no two appointments are ever the same. Each session builds gently on the last, supporting you as you move forward with greater balance, clarity and confidence.

I also believe that learning doesn't end when a session or course finishes. That's why I take time to answer your questions, offer guidance and provide practical suggestions to support you between appointments.

When you train with me, you'll benefit from small class sizes, with a maximum of two students on courses, ensuring plenty of individual guidance, hands-on practice and opportunities to ask questions. My Reiki and Crystal Healing courses follow a structured pathway from Level 1 through to Master Teacher, allowing you to develop your knowledge and confidence step by step.

Beyond therapies and training, you'll become part of a supportive community through monthly Reiki Shares, crystal workshops and ongoing student support, helping you continue your journey alongside like-minded people.
