Join Marion in our short Stress busting Session to learn some stress busting techniques and feel better in your body.

We will be covering several breathing techniques to re-energise the body.

Tapping and use of acupressure points will focus on releasing tension.

Gentle Qi Gong movement (sitting or standing) will help release tension, improve posture, flexibility and strength.
