Weekly Meditation: Heart Opening

Join me every Tuesday for a calming, guided meditation designed to support your wellbeing and deepen your connection to yourself.

Please note that the zoom link will be sent by email once you have signed up. 

Each session begins with gentle breathwork to help you settle, followed by a soothing guided meditation.

This week’s theme is Heart Opening—a practice that encourages compassion, self-love, and emotional balance.

What to Expect

This is a quiet, non-interactive session.

You do not need to turn your camera on or speak at any point.

Please note:

  • Places are non-refundable

  • Sessions are not recorded

Preparing for the Session

To help you create a peaceful environment:

  • Play soft background music of your choice

  • If you enjoy using essential oils, candles, or incense, feel free to do so—just ensure you set an alarm for the end of the session so everything can be extinguished safely

  • Keep a glass of waternotebook, and pen nearby

  • Sit in a comfortable seated position (this helps prevent falling asleep!)

  • Log into Zoom 5 minutes before the start time and wait in the virtual waiting room

After the Session

  • Take a few moments to journal about anything that came up for you

  • Drink some water

  • Allow yourself to rest, unwind, or enjoy an early night
