Crystal Clear Kids
Children learn to work with crystals for a variety of reasons in these sessions. Classes include meditation, mindfulness, movement and other strategies to positively empower children as they learn to make healthy lifestyle choices.

Relaxed Reiki Kids
Children can gain a certificate in reiki by attending 2 Relaxed Reiki Kids sessions. Children receive their own manual and learn a brief history of reiki and how to incorporate reiki into daily life.
