I was born in Glasgow and have lived in the Highlands and Midlothian before settling in East Kilbride. I am a mum of 4. ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers!)
I knew from a very young age that I would become a teacher. My love of gaining and sharing knowledge has lead me on a wonderful journey of teaching children and now teaching Reiki and Crystals to adults and children.
My core belief that we are all uniquely gifted and challenged is the driving force behind my passion for empowering others. I believe that each person can start from where they are now and with support, can bring about the transformations they wish to see in their life.
In the time I have been sharing reiki and crystals with others I have seen amazing transformations in peoples confidence, self-belief and in their personal and professional lives. You can read more about this in various testimonials throughout this site.
I value the authenticity of leading by example. Techniques I use daily include a combination of reiki, crystals, meditation, affirmations, visualisation, yoga, journaling and reading. By taking time for myself, I ensure that I can show up as the best version of me to support my clients and students. I share my ongoing journey and learning via my Facebook group. I appreciate the insights from this amazing community as we support and motivate each other to constantly bring improvements into our lives.
Another great way to unwind is to spend time in nature. I love the beach, the forests and the beautiful parks we have in Scotland. I have even been known to tackle a mountain!
