Relaxed Reiki Kids Training
What is Kids Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle non-invasive Japanese energy healing method. It involves connecting to universal energy then channeling it for healing. Reiki can do no harm and will flow to where it is needed for the highest good. Reiki works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
What happens in Relaxed Reiki Kids Classes?
The children learn how to feel the energy, how to perform self-reiki, and how to share reiki with a partner. We will discuss chakras, aura, and other ways of working with Reiki. Each child will receive a Reiki Training Manual, reiki lineage, and a certificate on completion of training. Reiki training will take place over two 2 hour sessions.
On the day, children should wear something comfortable, bring a full water bottle, a small blanket, and a small pillow. They may also bring a soft toy for practicing the hand positions. Something not too small but not as big as them is good.
Age
These classes are suitable for children aged 8-12.
Cost
£70 per child. Payment of the £20 non-refundable deposit can be made via the Book Now button below. Please note:
Both dates must be attended. A parent or guardian is required to attend the last half hour of the second session for the reiki empowerment.

My 2 daughters just completed Caroline's reiki course for children. If you are considering this as an option for your kids, I would urge you strongly to do it!
Caroline herself is fabulous! So kind and patient- "why can't you be more like her Mum?!" Was how the first session ended!! Her natural way with kids is especially evident in the way they sit and listen completely to her.
As for the girls- I doubt they'll practice reiki everyday (even though I do) but I intended this as a seed for them to keep and nurture inside of them- it will always be there for them to use whenever they need it, and the fact that both of my girls can do it is extra special.
