Reiki Share

Reiki shares are open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level 1 (Okuden) training or higher.

These informal gatherings of no more than 4 participants will begin with meditation and will always include the experience of having Reiki channeled to you by a group of people.

Each Reiki share will also contain some of the following elements:

Reflection on the Reiki precepts or Reiki symbols.

Discussion about individual experiences of working with Reiki.

Energy exercises.

Time for questions.

Distance Reiki.
